Yes, crypto is very safe to use. Just be cautious about exposing your wallet keys. Make sure the domain is secure (https), the site has a social presence, and disconnect from inside your wallet when done.

A good concept to know: "hot" wallet (connected to internet) vs "cold wallet" (offline storage). Keep only spending amounts in a hot wallet.

All items are shipped USPS with tracking & delivery confirmation. Domestic shipping is free, international is $20 flat rate. As a privacy-forward shop, we do not store any personal data past 30 days.

If checkout says it timed out but your wallet still shows a pending transaction, the tx was likely submitted with too low of a gas/gwei fee. This happens more often on PulseChain (PLS) and with WalletConnect wallets.

If the transaction is still pending:

1. Open your wallet and check the transaction status.
2. If it's stuck pending, you can try to "speed up" the transaction by increasing the gas fee (most wallets support this).
3. If that doesn't work, cancel the pending tx or reset your nonce in wallet settings (MetaMask: Settings → Advanced → Clear Activity Tab Data).

If the transaction went through: Your funds were sent successfully — you just didn't receive a receipt because checkout had already timed out. Contact us at hello@loresupply.io with your transaction hash and we'll get you sorted.

Tip: For faster confirmations, use a slightly higher gas fee than the default. MetaMask tends to handle this better than most WalletConnect wallets. With a little practice, transactions confirm in seconds!
